A High-Performance Ultra-Durable Chemical Resistant Thermal Transfer Ribbon
IDENTCO's TTRR-CR thermal transfer ribbon is an extreme, ultra-durable, chemical resistant resin ribbon specifically designed to offer superior chemical, heat and ultra-durable scratch and abrasion resistance when printed on IDENTCO's polyimide label materials.
IDENTCO's polyimide material/ink combination performed very well when tested against Zestron's cleaning agents VIGON® A201, ATRON ® AC205 and Kyzen's Aquanox® line of cleaning products. When printed on the recommended IDENTCO label material, the ink/material combination will meet the most demanding durable labeling requrements.

A ribbon is not "just a ribbon". To achieve ultimate print performance in harsh environments, proper chemical compatibility between the label topcoat and the thermal transfer ribbon formulation is paramount. All ribbon/topcoat combinations have been tested in IDENTCO®’s R&D lab to ensure the right combination is recommended for your application. In addition, our label/ribbon combinations have gone through the rigid testing protocols at industry leaders KYZEN, ZESTRON, and kolb to determine the best label materials and ribbons for their range of cleaning chemistries. TTL®100 Series label materials and TTRR™ Series ribbons have passed UL testing and are required to be used together for UL recognition.
