Our most popular dry cabinet…An IPC/JEDEC 033 & 020 compliant MSD handling dry cabinet. This dry cabinet is configured with 6 doors, each set closing onto easily removable center bars. The 1100 series can be equipped with 1, 2 or 3 dryers to suit any desiccating or dry storage specification, easily satisfying IPC/JEDEC 033 and 020 MSD handling requirements. It is also equipped standard with industrial casters for easy relocation wherever dry cabinet storage is required. Increasing capacity is as easy as adding optional shelves.
This system is suitable for many differing applications encompassing electronics, laboratory, aerospace and any application requiring low controllable humidity storage.
As in all XDry enclosures the XD-1106 contains auto desiccation technology to maintain an infinite range of set points from 1% to up to 50 % RH. The internal sensor automatically controls the refreshing and recycling of the synthetic desiccant in the X133 drying unit. The synthetic regenerating desiccant has a lifespan of up to 10 years creating a maintenance-free system with the operating cost of just pennies a day.
These dry cabinet storage systems are available in various styles and sizes from 150 to 1100 cubic litres of storage space designed to fit virtually every moisture control need. Custom dry cabinets are also available for other applications.
