MYDATA Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filters (OEM Part Number K-011-0051) for the full range of MYDATA SMT pick-and-place systems. The replacement pre-filters provide savings up to 30 percent over original MYDATA pre-filters, making production more affordable.
The Count On Tools Replacement ZFF 250 Pre-Filters are low efficiency particle filters used to protect the electronic components within the SMT pick-and-place system from dust and other large, coarse debris. With the specially designed polymedia filter material along with iFuse coating, the replacement pre-filters can further extend the life of SMT equipment by offering increased performance and protection against dust and debris:
- Offer 20-35 percent efficiency compared to the 15 percent (or less) of the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter, increasing the particle absorption capabilities.
- Offer an equivalent 90 percent arrestance as the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
- MERV 8 rating compared to the MERV 1-6 of the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
- Catch more than 85 percent of particles 3-10 microns and more than 50 percent of particles 1-3 microns compared to the less than 20 percent of particles 3-10+ microns caught by the original MYDATA ZFF 250 Filter.
ZFF 250 Pre-Filters should be inspected weekly. When the filters become clogged, they should be replaced immediately to maximize performance.
