Stencil Wipes, SmartWipes® UnderStencil Polycellulose Wipes, JNJ 401, 9″ X 9″

A hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester stencil wipe that can be used in a variety of manufacturing applications and cleaning processes. A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered for cleanroom applications. In electronics, this cleanroom grade wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. Under stencil wipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents.

Hydroentanglement: also known as spunlacing, entangles the fibers to give strength to the web. It uses fine, high-pressure jets of water to strike a web to intermingle the fibers, resulting in the bonded fabric being a nonwoven. Nonwovens made by this method have high fabric integrity.

Electronics: this cleanroom grade stencil wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. Under Stencil wipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents and are manufactured from the same fabric as our SmartRolls® 4000 Series, Under Stencil Wiping Rolls and 401PW SelectaWipe Rolls.
