Thermaltronics TMT-9000PS-1 is a soldering station power supply, tips, stand, and handpieces are not included. It is ESD safe and lead-free. The input line voltage is 100-110 VAC. Additionally, this soldering station uses M-Series soldering tips.
The TMT-900PS uses Curie Heat Technology (CHT). CHT utilizes induction heating to bring the temperature to its Curie Point (which is set in place by the composition of the alloy). Curie Heat Technology is useful, as it responds to the thermal demands of each solder joint. This is done by adjusting the power, right away, thereby meeting the precise requirements of the substrate component and solder material.
